I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist.

A little about me:

For as long as I can remember, physical activity has played a crucial role in my life and development as a person.

My whole life I have always been active, playing baseball at one of the nation’s top high schools with plans to continue into college. However, this took a turn my junior year when I realized that while I loved my sport, I loved the work I was putting in the weight room even more.

For the first time ever, I got my own gym membership and began to be conscious of the food I was putting in my body.

This lifestyle quickly became an obsession, and I decided to pursue a degree in Nutrition and Health to further my understanding of how food fuels performance. I put this knowledge to good personal use competing in both powerlifting and bodybuilding as an undergraduate student at Boston University. After 3.5 years, I graduated with my B.S. in Nutritional Sciences and a minor in Psychology with an emphasis on Behavior Among Exercising Populations. However, none of the pathways this opened up really called to me. I decided to study for my personal training exam so I could help people look and feel their best. I found my calling in being able to combine my passion and knowledge for fitness and nutrition to help people look and feel good while loving the process.

Q: How long does an EMStrength Training Session Take?

A: Session time maxes out at 20 minutes by your 3rd session.

Q: Where are EMStrength Training Sessions conducted?

A: Sessions are conducted in the comfort of your own home! If you wish to train elsewhere, public parks or the beach are another great option for getting your workout in.

Q: What do I need prior to my first EMStrength Training Session?

A: Just yourself! All equipment, suits, and undersuits will be provided prior to your first session.

Q: What cities are serviceable by EMStrength?

A: Manhattan Beach, El Segundo, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, and Palos Verdes are all serviceable. IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE OF THESE CITIES AND WISH TO UTILIZE OUR REVOLUTIONARY FITNESS TECHNOLOGY *INQUIRE* WE MAY STILL BE ABLE TO SERVICE YOU

Q: Will I be sore from using EMS Technology?

A: Most likely you WILL be sore your first session. To enhance recovery be sure to limit alcohol and strenuous physical activity for 24 hours, while simultaneously increasing your water and protein intake.

Q: Is it okay to workout on days I don’t have an EMStrength Training Session?

A: YES! On your off days, activity is still encouraged. This can look like pilates, yoga, cardio, or even weight training. Just be sure that you take on a manageable load and can be fully recovered for your EMStrength Training Session!

Q: How many days per week can I do an EMStrength Training Session?

A: It is recommended to do 2-3 EMStrength Training Sessions per week.

Q: What does EMS ~feel~ like?

A: EMS can best be described as a light tingling sensation in your muscles, sometimes described as feeling like a massage.
