EMStrength Sessions can best be summed up with the motto “25 minutes of fun”. This time can be broken down into 3 subsections: a 2 minute warm up, 20 minute workout, and 3 minute active recovery, known more commonly as “The Twitch”.
But is it really possible to achieve results in just 60 minutes of training per week? The answer is YES, and its actually quite simple to understand why.

The Power Of EMS
One 20 minute EMS Training Session burns roughly 3-4x as many calories as a 20 minute traditional non-EMS workout. EMS is so effective because it forces you to contract MORE muscle fibers than necessary to overcome a weight’s static force.
Think of it like this:
You want to pick a 20 pound box up off the ground and set it on a shelf just above your head. Your body is going to recruit enough muscle fibers in your legs and back to overcome that static force to get the box off the ground, and it will recruit just enough muscle fibers in your chest, arms, and shoulders to thrust your box overhead and onto the shelf, all while your core is recruiting just enough muscle fibers to stabilize. Now add in the EMS Suit.
